Customers will be provided with a detailed breakdown of all applicable fees prior to the commencement of any services.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services rendered by Record Crankshaft & Grinding Inc. is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers via Zelle.

5. Refund Policy

We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Refund requests will be honored within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

• The product was purchased in the last 30 days.

• The product is in its original packaging.

• The product isn't used or damaged.

Once we receive your request, we will process the refund when we have received the item being returned. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase within 3 to 5 business days.

Please note that there will be a 20% restocking fee on all items, regardless of whether orders are cancelled prior to shipment. This fee applies to all cancellations and returns. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
