Additionally, we meticulously inspect valve guides, perform a 45-degree valve grind, replace valve stem seals, and ensure a meticulous cleaning process utilizing our powerful hot tank and sandblasting machines.
It's noteworthy that our commitment to quality extends to the machining of all valve seats on a Serdi CNC machine, utilizing carbide cutters with three angles for optimal precision and performance..

It's worth noting that all blocks undergo cleaning in a state-of-the-art hot tank and are finished with a protective coat of paint.
